What are the causes of back pain?
The most common cause of back pain is conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Therefore, posture disorders can occur due to heavy lifting or carrying, standing for a long time, bending, twisting, coughing or sneezing.
Other reasons that may cause back pain include pregnancy, joint disorders in the back spine, viral infections, bone disorders, urological infections, osteoporosis, trauma, obesity, sleep disorders and not doing enough exercise.
Back pain, which can occur due to many reasons, is associated with very serious clinical conditions such as infection and cancer, as well as stenosis in the spinal canal, osteoporosis, structural disorders in the spinal joints and degeneration of the discs between the vertebrae due to fluid loss, especially with aging.
